My name is Preeya Sikand, and I’m excited to be your next growth strategist.

I’m 24 years old, originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, and a proud graduate of Indiana University, where I studied Healthcare Management and Policy. My undergraduate studies sparked my interest in business management, paving the way for my career journey, as well as my academic journey.

I started out in technology sales, where I discovered my passion for change management and digital transformation. Later, I moved to Cincinnati, Ohio, where I currently work as a Marketing Associate for ThreeBond International. Here, I’ve realized that sales and marketing are inseparable—you can’t have one without the other, and you shouldn't have to.
